About the Role

Apparel Group India is hiring an experienced Store Manager for BCBG, a premium global fashion brand. The role is responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, leading the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring brand standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Manage end-to-end store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor retail KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Productivity.
- Lead, coach, train, and motivate the store team to achieve business objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer escalations.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stock audits, and shrinkage control.
- Prepare staff rosters and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth store operations.

Candidate Profile





- Graduate in any discipline.
- 38 years of experience in retail, with minimum 2 years as a Store Manager.
- Experience in Luxury, Premium Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, Footwear, Accessories, or Beauty Retail is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
