Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Coupa Certified Professional with strong functional and solution architecture expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Coupa implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Coupa implementation and rollout projects.
- Gather business requirements and provide end-to-end functional solutions.
- Design and architect Coupa-based procurement solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide production support and ensure adherence to ITIL best practices.
- Drive process improvements and optimize procurement workflows.
Mandatory Skills:
- Coupa Certified Qualified.
- 6+ years of overall industry experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Coupa technology.
- Experience in at least 2 Coupa Implementation/Rollout projects.
- Strong experience as a Functional Consultant and/or Solution Architect.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL framework for Coupa support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) domain expertise.
- Experience in enterprise application support and transformation projects.
