We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with hands-on experience in Township Development, specifically in Road Construction and Sewer/Drainage Network Execution. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring timely, quality execution of site activities while maintaining safety and project standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute road, sewer, and drainage works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily site progress, quality, and project timelines.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE guidelines, and contract requirements.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and prepare daily progress reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of road construction, sewer lines, drainage systems, and township infrastructure.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good knowledge of quality control, site safety, and construction practices.
- Solid leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in Township Development is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Road Construction and Sewer/Drainage Projects is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and manage site execution efficiently.
