Job Responsibilities

- Screening and assessment of scholarly articles.
- Integrity checks and editor assignment on the incoming submissions as per the guidelines.
- Maintaining good relationship with Editor-in-Chief, Editors and Editorial Board Members.
- Managing the implementation of new policies and journal workflow.
- Being the first point of contact for authors and reviewers regarding their papers.
- Providing accurate and regular reports to editors and publishers.
- Monitoring the status of special issues.
- Working with other internal department for any journal related issues

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office and web-based applications.
- Experience in the field of scholarly publishing is preferred.




- Knowledge of handling online peer review management systems.
- Proven track record of research publications will be an added advantage.
- A positive and proactive approach to problem solving both in daily tasks and more complex trouble shooting.

Location: Trichy / Any other location ready for relocation

Educational Qualification: Master's (Life science)/M. Phil ( Life Science)/Msc Psychology / MA Social Science / Msc cs & MCA (Computer Science) can apply
