- Responsible for order verification process & Co-ordination with internal and external customers
- Robust knowledge on ERP usage and order booking in ERP
- Prepare dispatch plan
- Maintaining Documentation process
Preferred candidate profile
- Adequate knowledge on Advance MS Excel.
- Must have atleast two year of direct customer service experiences.
- Good experiences on order management and customer service principles and practices.
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.
