Responsibilities

What Youll Do: In this pivotal role, you will take the lead on various key responsibilities that support our financial health and strategic goals:

- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans that align with our business objectives.
- Create robust financial models and conduct thorough business performance analyses to drive informed decision-making.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including Lifetime Value (LTV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) analyses.
- Provide strategic planning and decision support to senior management, ensuring alignment with our growth strategies.
- Prepare board decks and investor reports that effectively communicate our financial position and strategic initiatives.




- Support fundraising efforts and facilitate investor interactions to bolster our capital strategy.
- Conduct industry research and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities in the FinTech space.
- Lead finance transformation and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within our financial processes.

What Were Looking For

We are looking for candidates who possess a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis, complemented by the following qualifications:

- 1-6 years of experience in FP&A;, business finance, or corporate finance, ideally within the FinTech, payments, financial services, or high-growth startup sectors.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting methods.
- Exceptional analytical skills coupled with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively across various functions.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI/ERP tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in financial processes.
