Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design & development of scalable software solutions in payments/banking domain
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development team
- Ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to SDLC & Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams for successful project delivery
- Drive innovation using cloud technologies and microservices architecture
- Ensure compliance with payment processing standards and regulatory requirements
Preferred candidate profile
- 12 -15 years of experience in software development
- Robust hands-on expertise in Java/C#/Python
- Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Payments domain
- Exposure to Agile, CI/CD, Git, Cloud & Microservices
- Strong leadership, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills
