Role & responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Design creatives using Canva and basic video editing tools.
- Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Generate business leads through social media marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead generation campaigns.
- Write captions, hashtags, and content for social media posts.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and AI tools.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Positive knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
