Job Summary

Grassroots Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and innovative Content Creator & Graphic Designer to develop engaging digital content and impactful visual designs for our brands. The role involves creating social media content, marketing collateral, website creatives, videos, and branding materials to support business growth, recruitment campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives

Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and digital marketing.
- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, presentations, infographics, and advertisements.
- Develop creative visuals for recruitment campaigns, branding, and promotional activities.
- Design social media posts, reels, stories, and video thumbnails.
- Edit and create short promotional videos, reels, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing, HR, and business teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Ensure all creatives align with the companys brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital marketing practices, and social media content strategies.
- Coordinate with website developers to create and optimize web graphics and digital assets.
- Maintain and organize the companys digital media library and creative assets.

Eligibility & Requirements





- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Experience in creating social media content, branding materials, and marketing collateral.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
- Strong creativity, visual storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
