- 5+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or a related role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Database (PL/SQL).
- Proficiency in SSIS and SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).
- Solid understanding of the Oracle Fusion data model (HCM/ERP).
- Working knowledge of Workday and PeopleSoft HR data structures and integration frameworks.
