Role & responsibilities

- Well versed with Disbursements (including Pre disbursement & post disbursement related activities)- viz Active interaction and thorough follow up with the client for seeking information/ execution of various loan and mortgage documents, Verification of Loan Documents, interaction/ follow up with RM / Credit/Legal/ Operations for various compliances, PDDs viz. Deferral closures / submission of pending documents to Operations, etc.
- Verification of constitution documents (MOA/AOA, Partnership deed, etc.) obtaining Authorization letters (BR, Partnership letter) for availing facilities, execution of documents and creating securities as per the sanction terms.
- Ensuring registration of security charges in favour of the bank wherever applicable.
- Co-ordinate with other Bank / Trust wherever the security is created by third party.
- Co-ordinate with Operations for checking the files and limit loading
- Co-ordinate with Operation for CERSAI updation and ROC creation
- Co-ordinate with Escrow Team to facilitate the opening of escrow accounts, wherever applicable.
- Initiate valuation, arrange documents, resolve queries and obtain approval from technical team on final report.
- Initiate of Title search, arrange documents, resolve queries and obtain legal clearance on report.




- Timely adjustment/ recoveries to be done as per requests
- Arranging for account transfers / RPS / SOAs etc, through System / appropriation of fund towards loan instalment/ prepayment of loan/ foreclosure of loans etc.
- Arranging from Borrowers on regular basis, information as sought by monitoring team-viz stock statement, insurance, Foreign exposure, End use certificate, Audited Statement, MIS reports, provisional financial statements, any other information as requested
- Handling closure of limits and release of securities and issuance of No Due Certificate
- Retrieval of Files/Docket from RCADDMT /Operations
- Ensuring that deferrals are closed within the timelines.
- Ensuring safety of property papers held in FRFC.
- Maintaining necessary MIS for reporting purposes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidate from Operations/ Loan Documentation background will be preferred
- CA / MBA / Graduate with 3 5 years of experience.
- Effective communication skill
- Ability to work on multiple tasks
- Team player, passionate, energetic , fast learner
- Valuable computer skills and well versed with Internal systems, viz FINACLE,CORE,GLEMS,KRAMAN etc.
