Role & responsibilities

- Designing components and systems for coolers and accumulators.
- Creating and maintaining 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Supporting current product development, prototype builds, validation, and technical releases.
- Preparing and maintaining Bill of Materials, part structures, and design records.
- Applying DFM, DFMEA, GD&T;, and drafting standards.
- Supporting VA/VE and cost reduction initiatives.
- Coordinating with suppliers, vendors, manufacturing, sourcing, sales, and customers.
- Supporting product improvements, technical compliance, and manufacturability.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

2. Min. 5- 10 years of experience in Design & Engineering

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently

4. Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and customers

5. Understanding of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement

6. High degree of ethical and rational jugdement making

7. Autodesk Inventor, Pro-E, CATIA CAD Modelling tools
