Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Negotiate salary, follow up with candidates, and manage offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills:
2-4 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing (Mandatory).
Strong understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Domestic IT recruitment experience is mandatory.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
