Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and other prospecting methods.
- Solid lead generation experience through both inbound and outbound sales channels.
- Independently manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding business requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
- Hands-on experience in ERP Sales, Enterprise Sales, FinTech Sales, SaaS Sales, CRM Sales, or Technology Solution Sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent client relationship management, stakeholder management, and business development skills.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of revenue generation and successful deal closures.




- Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or similar tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of generating and managing an independent sales pipeline.
- Highly presentable with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Candidates should have experience interacting with senior business stakeholders, including CXOs, Directors, CTOs, Founders, Vice Presidents, Business Heads, and Senior Management.
- Experience handling enterprise and high-value B2B sales will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to attend the final interview in person at our Noida office is mandatory.
