Role & responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is completed according to planned, specifications, and schedules.
2. Monitor construction progress and ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
3. Prepare and maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, attendance records, and incident reports.
4. Monitor material deliveries, equipment usage, and inventory to avoid delays and wastage.
5. Coordinate with project managers, engineers and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
7. Willingness to work in office and travel to project locations as required.
