We are hiring Email & Chat Support Executives for a leading BPO in Karapakkam, Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are looking to start their career in the BPO industry. Candidates will handle customer queries through email and chat support, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through Email and Chat support.

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.

- Maintain professional communication with customers.

- Ensure quick turnaround time while responding to customer queries.





- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow company guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with active arrears can also apply.

- Basic English communication and typing skills required.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
