Job Title: SCM Analyst - Shipping Documentation
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Shift Timing:
- USA Shift: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST
Preferred Background:
- Freight Forwarding or Shipping Line experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle shipping documentation and coordinate with shipping lines, truckers, and warehouses.
- Submit Shipping Instructions (SI) through the INTTRA portal.
- Prepare, proofread, and release Draft Bills of Lading (BL).
- Validate vendor invoices for payment processing.
- Maintain shipment trackers and monitor shipment milestones.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment movement.
Required Knowledge:
- Shipping documentation
- Letter of Credit (LC) documentation
- Incoterms (INCO Terms)
Required Skills:
- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Hands-on experience with INTTRA and shipping line portals
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail
