- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) simulations using ANSYS APDL to predict product behavior under various loads and conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and develop FEA models that meet customer needs.
- Perform meshing tasks using GAMBIT, HYPERMESH, or other tools to create high-quality meshes for FEA simulations.
- Analyze simulation results, interpret data, and provide recommendations for design improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in CAE engineering with expertise in CFD/FEA simulations.
- Solid understanding of durability testing procedures and NVH principles applied to industrial equipment/machinery industry.
- Proficiency in meshing software such as GAMBIT, HYPERMESH, or similar tools.
