Role & responsibilities

- Operation of TG/Boiler in shift activities
- Knowledge on TG operation, Cooling Tower, ACW/MCW Pumps, Oil Ckt, Basic Boiler operation, TG/Boiler DCS operation, Shift reports,
- Emergency trouble shooting in Elect system LT/HT.Breaker Operation ,SLD, Switch yard etc
- Managing TG shift activities independently
- Handling manpower in the shift
- Operating TG through DCS
- Provide predictive and preventative maintenance support to all maintenance crew and record equipment maintenance history
- Conduct field round, check equipment and address abnormalities if any
- Ensure that all maintenance activities as per plan within the approved budget. Ensure best practices are applied.
- Plan, obtain sanction and execute Capex, focus improvement and one-off activities towards improvement in the areas of product, process improvements,



maintenance reliability & cost reduction
- Responsible for development and implementation of effective programs for training employees
- Actively participate in the TPM initiatives as per role. Work with the team to achieve all the performance indicators and pillar/JH KPIs
- Ensure the safety and well-being of self and all employees in the job and proactively address all safety concerns
- Ensure that all the statutory norms are followed and coordinate audits like EHS, ISO-9001, ISO-14001,ISO 450001,ISO 50001 and address any non-conformance if any
- Preferably acquainted with software like SAP, Computer Operation etc.
