Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence
- Support the design and implementation of enterprise-wide privacy programs aligned with applicable privacy laws globally and industry-leading practices.
- Assist in developing privacy policies, SOPs, guidelines, and operating models.
- Support privacy maturity assessments and gap assessments against regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to operationalize privacy controls across business units and functions.
- Conduct and maintain data mapping, TIA, DPIA, RoPA, privacy notices,
and retention schedules.
- Support DSR, consent, and breach management.
- Work with business and technology teams to embed privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default principles.
- Support privacy reviews of vendors, processors, partners, and third-party service providers, and update/draft agreements.
- Assist with other regulatory compliance engagements globally, outside privacy domain.
- Manage assigned workstreams, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Support proposal/business development, operations, and internal knowledge-building initiatives.
Qualifications and experience
- BA LLB
Experience
- Data Privacy and Protection (3-5 years)
