Role & responsibilities
- Perform multi-step organic synthesis of API intermediates and final products.
- Develop and optimize synthetic routes for improved yield, purity, and cost.
- Conduct reaction monitoring, purification, and characterization of compounds.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and prepare technical reports.
- Support process scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, EHS, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with analytical, production, QA, and regulatory teams.
