- Manage CRM implementation projects from end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics platform.
- Provide technical guidance on micro moulds and plastic injection molding processes to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive project updates.
Job Requirements :
- 7-18 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of CRM implementation, customization, and integration with other systems (e.g., ERP).
- Proficiency in working with Micro Moulds and Plastics software applications.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills with ability to build trust and credibility.
