Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Loan Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the banking or NBFC sector and be skilled in handling loan products, customer acquisition, and loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers for loan products.

Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.

Assist customers with the loan application process and documentation.

Verify customer information and ensure compliance with KYC and company policies.





Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely loan approvals and disbursements.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.

Provide excellent customer service before and after loan disbursement.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Bank or NBFC.

Experience in selling or processing loan products is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to achieve sales targets.

Basic knowledge of loan documentation and financial products.
