SAP SD + TM Consultant

Role Summary

Experienced SAP SD Consultant with 9+ years of expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution, S/4HANA Sales, Order-to-Cash (OTC), Pricing, Billing, Logistics Execution, and Integration solutions. Proven experience in end-to-end implementations, AMS support, upgrade testing, and integration with transportation and logistics platforms. Exposure to transportation-related processes including route determination, shipping execution, carrier integrations, and logistics interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

SAP SD Configuration & Support

- Configure and support Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Returns, Credit Memo, Contracts, and Quotations.
- Configure Pricing Procedures, Account Determination, Output Determination, Text Determination, and Copy Control.
- Support Intercompany Sales, Third-Party Sales, Service Sales, Rebate Processing, and Credit Management.
- Handle OTC process incidents, enhancements, and change requests.

SAP S/4HANA Implementation

- Gather business requirements and conduct workshops.
- Perform Gap Analysis and prepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
- Configure Business Partner, Enterprise Structure, GST, Customer Master Data, and Sales Processes.
- Prepare Functional Specifications for RICEF developments and coordinate testing activities.

Transportation & Logistics Integration

- Work on Route Determination and Shipping Execution Processes.
- Support logistics-related interfaces and transportation service provider integrations.
- Coordinate testing and issue resolution for transportation platforms such as Transpore
- Support inbound and outbound logistics message processing through interfaces and middleware solutions.





Interface & Integration Management

- Manage IDOC configurations and troubleshooting.
- Work with SAP CPI, BizTalk, AIS, Elemica, and other middleware solutions.
- Configure Partner Profiles and support inbound/outbound message processing.
- Coordinate integration testing across SAP and third-party logistics systems.

Testing & Production Support

- Execute SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Upgrade Testing activities.
- Perform defect tracking and resolution using HP ALM.
- Validate business-critical OTC transactions post-upgrade.
- Support batch jobs, interfaces, and custom developments.
