Job Responsibilities

- Counsel students on overseas education opportunities across multiple destinations.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities and courses based on their academic background and career aspirations.
- Guide students through the admissions, documentation, application, and university selection process.
- Assist students with visa documentation, application procedures, and pre-departure guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission cycle.
- Coordinate with partner universities and internal teams to ensure timely application processing.
- Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM with counselling activities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into enrolments.
- Achieve monthly counselling, application, and enrolment targets.
- Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, and visa regulations.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Bachelors degree in any discipline.




- 1-3 years of experience in Overseas Education Counselling is preferred.
- Experience in multi-destination counselling (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications.
