Job Summary

Senior Executive - ATM Managed Services to manage ATM operations, incident handling, dispatch coordination, Electronic Journal (EJ) verification, image verification, vendor coordination, and SLA monitoring. The role requires ensuring high ATM uptime, timely issue resolution, and seamless coordination with field teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Monitor ATM incidents and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
- Coordinate with FLM/SLM vendors for ATM fault resolution.
- Review Electronic Journals (EJ) and transaction images to investigate disputed transactions.
- Track ATM uptime and prepare operational MIS reports.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal teams for incident management.
- Prioritize critical ATM downtime cases and ensure timely restoration.
- Update CRM/ATM management systems with case progress.
- Perform RCA for recurring ATM issues and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and information security guidelines.
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or Computer Applications preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in ATM Managed Services, Banking Operations, NOC, or Incident Management.
- Knowledge of ATM monitoring tools, Electronic Journals (EJ), Image Verification, and ticketing systems.
- Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of ATM Switch operations and transaction lifecycle.
- Experience in vendor management and SLA monitoring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
