Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze product costing sheets (raw materials, packing materials, labor, overheads).
- Monitor and control production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate BOM (Bill of Materials) and update pricing regularly.
- Calculate standard cost vs actual cost variance and report deviations.
- Work closely with the production, purchase, and sales departments for cost planning.
- Analyze raw material price fluctuations and suggest pricing revisions.
- Assist in preparing pricing strategy for distributors and retailers.
- Maintain stock valuation and coordinate with the accounts team.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and MIS reports for management.
- Ensure proper documentation and internal cost control procedures.
