Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Kubernetes (AKS) Platform Engineer with 6-10 years of experience in Kubernetes administration, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), GitOps, and microservices. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in managing AKS clusters, troubleshooting Kubernetes control plane issues, Argo CD, and GitOps workflows. Experience in Spring Boot, Python, or Apache Camel development is required, along with CKAD certification being highly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and administer Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes control plane components.
- Implement and support GitOps practices using Argo CD.
- Investigate and resolve:
- Controller crash loops and pod failures.




- Target cluster connectivity issues.
- Repo-server TLS, DNS, and connectivity failures.
- API server errors (429, 5xx, timeouts).
- Applications in Degraded or OutOfSync states.
- Certificate, secret, and token-related issues.
- Network policies affecting Argo CD communication.

- Deploy, configure, and support microservices running on Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with development teams for CI/CD and GitOps deployments.
- Support production environments and perform root cause analysis.
- Maintain Kubernetes security, RBAC, secrets, and networking.
- Create operational documentation and automation scripts.
