Position: Java Backend Developer
Experience: 3-8 Years
Location: Pune / Hybrid

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications and RESTful services. The candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and database technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Implement security, logging, monitoring,



and best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Java 8/11/17+
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA
- Experience with Microservices Architecture
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs
- Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Familiarity with Hibernate/JPA
- Experience with Git, Maven, Gradle
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization
- Understanding of Kafka/RabbitMQ or other messaging systems
- Experience with JUnit and integration testing

Preferred Skills

- Kubernetes/OpenShift
- AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
- Redis, Elasticsearch, or NoSQL databases
- Agile/Scrum experience

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
