Key Responsibilities

- Knowledge of EV Wire harness / Main harness / Battery cable / Multicore cable
- Review customer drawings, specifications, and RFQs
- Conduct product feasibility and risk analysis
- Prepare BOM, cost estimation, child part cost estimation
- Develop prototype wiring harness samples as per customer drawing
- Develop internal drawing / Crimping applicator skill
- Coordinate with tooling, purchase, and production teams and develop tool/Jig/Fixture/Testing board/Laying board
- Ensure compliance with customer specification of wires and automotive industry standards
- Knowledge and conduct APQP/PFD/PFMEA/control plan/ PQCT preparation
- Customer communication for technical clarification
- Support testing, validation, and product approval from customer
- Prepare Sample / Layout inspection / Testing
- Handle engineering change requests (ECR/ECN)
- Prepare work instructions and technical documentation
- Development with supplier for recent child part and find out standard part
- Customer interaction time to time any query and feedback require
- Arrangement of Tool, Jigs, Fixture, Futura machine program, Applicator, Inspection Instruments.
