- 15+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, and Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations.
- Strong expertise in managing end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, supplier management, contract management, and procure-to-pay processes.
- Proven experience in Category Management and driving strategic sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect spend.
- Hands-on experience in vendor governance, supplier onboarding, purchase order management, invoice processing, and billing operations.
- Strong background in service delivery, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments while managing client relationships.
- Experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, governance, and handling internal/external audits.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.
- Robust stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders, supported by experience with leading procurement platforms and reporting tools.
