This is Off-roll HRBP Associate position based out of Mumbai head office.

Role & responsibilities :

- Monitor and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for off-roll employees from recruitment and onboarding to exit.
- Lead communication campaigns on Offroll HR policies and ensure 100% governance and adherence to off-roll statutory compliances.
- Drive efficiency in HR operations and last-mile delivery across employee lifecycle and self-service matters such as claims and exit clearances.
- Ensure timely redressal of queries and grievances.
- Ensure robust HR processes and systems including monthly database accuracy and organization structure management.
- Ensure on-time and quality hiring from all approved sourcing channels.
- Act as a Business Partner for the Region by designing and implementing people initiatives aligned to business needs.

Preferred candidate profile: Graduate/Postgraduate with 1-6 years of experience in HR functions
