As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will define system architecture and requirements, lead integration activities,



and ensure system performance aligns with product objectives. You will lead cross-functional technical efforts and solve complex system-level challenges. This position reports to the IDC Site Leader and is part of Biopharma Solutions located in Bengaluru, India at the Danaher India Development Center. This is an in office role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Define system architecture and requirements
- Decompose system requirements and allocate targets
- Perform system modeling and analysis
- Drive root cause analysis and risk management
- Support cross-functional tradeoff decisions

The essential requirements of the job include

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 7+ years systems engineering experience
- Experience with requirements and system integration
- Demonstrated experience in root cause investigation and problem analysis
- Demonstrated ability to produce technical/process documentation

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Regulated environments (GMP, ISO)
- Model-based systems engineering
- Experience with requirements and test management using JIRA plugins
