Key Responsibilities:

- Review Content: Screen user submissions (posts, comments, images, videos, audio) for violations.
- Enforce Guidelines: Apply community guidelines, terms of service, and legal regulations to make decisions on content.




- Identify Harmful Material: Flag and remove hate speech, harassment, misinformation, spam, scams, and graphic content.
- Apply Human Judgment: Use critical thinking to interpret context, especially when automated tools flag content.
- User Actions: Ban or suspend users for repeated violations and resolve user disputes.
- Maintain Platform Integrity: Protect brand reputation and user safety by creating a positive online space.
- Policy & Workflow Improvement: Identify areas for improving moderation policies, tools, and processes.

Key Notes

- B.Tech, MBA & MCA freshers are not eligible
- B.Tech/MBA/MCA candidates must have minimum 6 months International Voice experience
