What You Will Do

- Video & Motion Content Creation
- Create engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media and digital campaigns
- Develop motion graphics, reels, ads, and promotional videos
- Edit raw footage and optimize for different digital platforms
- Work on storytelling, transitions, sound design, and visual pacing

- AI-Enabled Creative Production (Mandatory)

- Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Adobe Firefly, AI video generators, AI voice tools, etc.) to enhance production workflows
- Generate AI-based visuals, backgrounds, effects, and concept art
- Use generative AI for script assistance, storyboard structuring, and visual experimentation




- Evaluate and refine AI-generated assets to maintain brand quality
- Build efficient AI-assisted creative workflows

- Graphic & Digital Design

- Design static creatives for the following:
- Social media
- Paid ads
- Landing pages
- Email campaigns
- Website banners

- Maintain brand consistency across all assets
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams for campaign execution

- Performance Marketing Creative Support

- Develop creatives optimized for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ads
- Understand hooks, thumbnails, and scroll-stopping visuals
- Iterate creatives based on performance metrics
- Contribute ideas for A/B testing visuals

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in video editing and graphic design
- Robust proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
- Photoshop / Illustrator
- Canva (for quick performance creatives)

- Solid understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and motion

AI Development Experience (Mandatory)

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience using generative AI tools for visual or video production
- Experience creating AI-generated images or video assets for commercial use
- Understanding of prompt structuring for creative outputs
- Ability to refine and enhance AI-generated assets professionally

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Familiarity with short-form video trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn video)
- Understanding of branding and performance marketing psychology
- Basic knowledge of sound editing and animation principles
