Role Description

An Information Technology & Business Shared Services presence is established in Hyderabad, India with the objective of providing information technology application development and support services.

We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team and bolster our efforts in supporting our Hyderabad Operations Center. As a valued member of our diverse and high-performing Human Resources team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a best-in-class experience for both candidates and employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and coordinating orientation programs.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as managing calendars, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems,



ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure executives of HR processes

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of corporate experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to analyze HR data and generate reports.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a multinational or quick-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
