Key Responsibilities:
1. Catalog Designing:
Design visually appealing and brand-consistent catalogs.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to highlight product features.
¢ Ensure all catalog designs are print-ready and meet production standards.
2. Banner Designing:
¢ Create engaging banners for websites, digital advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
¢ Adapt designs to meet size and format requirements for different platforms.
3. Creatives for Website & Social Media:
¢ Design visuals for websites, including landing pages, banners, and hero images.
¢ Develop social media graphics, infographics, and ads that align with the brand voice and engage
users.
¢ Work with social media teams to maintain a cohesive look across all platforms.
4. Graphics for Online Platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.):
¢ Design qualified graphics for LinkedIn, including company updates, articles, and ads.
¢ Create compelling YouTube thumbnails, banners, and video overlays that attract viewers and
boost engagement.
¢ Ensure compliance with the technical specifications of each platform.
5. Exhibition Graphics:
¢ Design visually impactful graphics and displays for exhibitions and trade shows, ensuring brand
consistency.
¢ Collaborate with event organizers to ensure designs are optimized for various formats such as
large posters, booth displays, and promotional materials.
¢ Coordinate with print vendors and exhibition teams to meet all size and format requirements.
6. Roller Poster Designing:




¢ Design striking roller posters for events, trade shows, and promotions.
¢ Ensure adaptability for various dimensions and printing requirements.
7. UI/UX Design:
¢ Design user-friendly interfaces for websites and control panels.
¢ Focus on intuitive navigation and seamless user experience for control panel interfaces, ensuring
ease of use and functionality.
¢ Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping to develop designs that meet user needs and
business objectives.

¢ Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and functionality for control panels.
¢ Optimize designs based on user feedback and usability testing, particularly for control panel
systems and their specific technical requirements.
Skills:
¢ Proficiency in design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign).
¢ Strong knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
¢ Experience designing for both print and digital platforms, including websites, social media, and
online marketing.
¢ Familiarity with creating graphics for exhibitions, trade shows, and large-format printing.
¢ UI/UX design experience, including wireframing, prototyping, and creating user-friendly interfaces
for web, mobile platforms, and control panels.
¢ Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving design needs.
¢ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
