Job Title: SCM Executive Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SCM Executive to support our Sales & Marketing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in OEM customer handling, production planning coordination, logistics, and customer portal management. The role requires close coordination with internal departments and OEM customers to ensure timely production, dispatch, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle OEM customer requirements and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Manage customer portals and OEM extranets for order processing and communication.
- Download and monitor production schedules from customer portals.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of customer schedules.
- Monitor dispatches and coordinate logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Track customer orders and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Update shipment status and provide timely communication to customers.
- Ensure compliance with customer delivery schedules and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing, Production, Quality,



and Logistics departments for smooth order execution.
- Prepare MIS reports related to production schedules, dispatch status, and customer requirements.
- Support inventory planning and order fulfillment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Sales Coordination, or Customer Service in the automotive industry.
- Hands-on experience with OEM customer portals and Extranet systems.
- Good understanding of production planning, dispatch, and logistics coordination.
- Knowledge of production schedule downloading and order management.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred).
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience:

- 38 years of experience in the automotive or auto-component industry.
- Experience dealing with OEM customers such as Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Hero MotoCorp, Honda, Ashok Leyland, or similar OEMs.
