Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead the setup of a greenfield chemical plant project, overseeing all phases from land acquisition to final handover.

Finalize plant layout and ensure compliance with state land regulations, labor laws, and environmental standards.

Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely execution and adherence to budget.

Operational Management:

Oversee the daily operations of the chemical plant, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Implement and maintain DCS and instrumentation systems.

Ensure compliance with regulations for inflammable solvents and hazardous chemicals.





Regulatory and Compliance:

Obtain and maintain necessary factory operational licenses.

Liaise with local authorities and ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards.

Handle EHS requirements and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Team Leadership:

Manage and lead a large team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

Identify and manage relationships with local vendors and suppliers.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes.
