Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Engineer Project (Project Site) to support and execute in office project activities. The candidate will be responsible for project coordination, site execution, quality control, and timely completion of assigned projects in line with company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Coordinateandexecute project activities at assigned project sites.
- Assistinproject planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise on-site work and ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, contractors, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all site safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and material utilization.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports. • Maintain project documentation, measurements, work records, and site reports.
- Assistinpreparing billing measurements and supportingproject invoicing activities.
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues, and report them to the Project Manager with appropriate recommendations.
- Verify the quality of work executed and ensure compliance with approved standards.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.




- Support project closure documentation and client sign-off processes.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure timely resolution of site-related concerns.
- Perform any other project-related responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications: -

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical or a related discipline).

• 2+ years of experience in project execution, site supervision, or project handling.

• Basic understanding of project management principles and site execution processes.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical documents.

• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively and work at different project sites.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in industrial infrastructure projects.

• Knowledge of site supervision, contractor management, and vendor coordination.

• Client handling and stake holder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Good planning, organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and under project deadlines.

• Commitment to maintaining quality, safety, and operational excellence.
