Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting entries, reconciliations, GST, TDS, bank transactions, and Tally Prime while ensuring accuracy in day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing.
- Pass accounting entries in Tally Prime, including Purchase, Sales, Bank, Expense, Journal, and Contra entries.
- Record TDS entries with the correct sections and rates.
- Post GST transactions (Input & Output) and maintain supporting records.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Handle vendor, customer, inter-company, and 26AS reconciliations.
- Prepare and file Professional Tax (PT) returns.




- Process online payments through banking portals.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, bills, and accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payment and reconciliation-related queries.
- Support month-end/year-end closing activities and statutory/internal audits.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Professional Tax (PT), and Bank Reconciliation.
- Robust understanding of accounting principles and journal entries.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas).
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.

Eligibility

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent Commerce qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Candidates with strong accounting fundamentals and practical exposure to Tally Prime will be preferred.
