Roles and Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors/customers/stakeholders in person or over telephone, answering their queries or referring them to concerned department/person
- Handling incoming and outgoing couriers
- Ensuring tidiness of reception area
- Coordinating with stationery vendor to maintain supply of stationery
- Maintain & update contact list of employee intercoms
- Coordinating with food vendors etc. for routine work and organizing snacks for office functions
- Maintaining inventory of office stationery
- Other coordination work as & when required
- Taking care of office assistance with their performance, attendance and over time.
- Knowledge of EPABX machine
