Role

- Gem Edible Oils is looking for a Brand Communication Lead to own the translation of brand strategy into consistent communication across every consumer touchpoint.
- The role will work closely with internal teams and external creative partners to ensure the brand remains coherent across digital, retail, e-commerce and quick-commerce while evolving thoughtfully as the business grows.
- Over time, the role is expected to contribute new communication ideas while building on an already established brand philosophy.

Responsibilities

- Own brand communication and maintain consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Translate established brand strategy into clear creative briefs, campaigns and communication across digital, retail, e-commerce and quick-commerce.
- Lead creative agencies, creators and collaborators to deliver high-quality work on time.
- Review copy, scripts, storyboards and visual communication to strengthen the brand.
- Adapt communication for regional and pan-India markets while preserving a consistent brand identity.

Must Have





- 7 - 1 5 years of experience in food FMCG brand communication, creative management or brand marketing.
- Strong experience working with agencies and managing communication across digital, retail,e-commerce and quick-commerce.
- Ability to write clear creative briefs and evaluate copy, scripts and visual communication.
- Able to absorb and evolve an established brand philosophy rather than reinventing it.
- Fluency in English and Hindi. Tamil is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred

- Experience in edible oils, staples or other food FMCG categories.
- Experience adapting campaigns across regional markets.
- Exposure to quick-growing consumer brands.

Experience and Scope

- Preferred experience: 715 years.
- Designation will depend on experience and capability.
- The role may evolve to build and lead an in-house brand communication team.
- Location is flexible with regular travel as required.
