These are routine, operational tasks executed with established procedures:

a. Directly interact with end users experiencing problems with or opening tickets regarding

Zscaler

a Research, triage issues from users, investigate sometimes ambiguous user

descriptions of Zscaler issues

Be customer focused, friendly and knowledgeable

User & Role Management

- Add/remove admin accounts

- Assign predefined roles and permissions

- Disable accounts or reset login credentials

Policy Configuration (Basic)

- Apply standard URL filtering rules

- Enforce bandwidth control policies

- Enable/disable predefined firewall rules

Monitoring & Alerts

- Monitor dashboards for traffic and alerts

- Escalate suspicious activity to L2

- Run routine reports for complianceService Configuration (Basic)

- Deploy and verify Zscaler Client Connector on endpoints

- Validate ZIA/ZPA connectivity for users

3.2. Assist

a. Support the security engineering team in leading Zscaler related tasks and developing

processes as requested.

b. Support creaon of design documents for current projects or for any changes in the

architecture of the existing projects
