Job Prospect for Treasury Role:
Qualification: CFA / CA / MBA in Finance
1. Experience:
a) Minimum 4-5 years for CFA/CA, and a minimum of 6-7 years for MBA in Finance.
b) Very well versed with RBI, banking rules, and regulations. SEBI, companies act compliance with respect to the treasury function
c) Should be handling a team of at least 2 persons.
d) Have prior experience in fund raising via bonds route.
2. Location: Mumbai
3. Role Description:
a) Managing day to day treasury function of the group
b) Overseeing and grooming a team of 3 persons.
c) Developing & Maintaining Banking relationships.
d) Active participation in tech development within the treasury function.
e) Primarily responsible for monthly/quarterly RBI, SEBI, and Companies Act compliance.
