We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BMS Commissioning Engineer to ensure the successful implementation, testing, and commissioning of BMS. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical expertise in BMS hardware and software, along with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

System Testing and Commissioning:

- Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems.
- Validate the functionality of controllers, sensors, and devices as per design specifications.
- Ensure system integration with HVAC, lighting, and other building services.

Technical Support:

- Provide technical expertise during the project execution phase.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during and after commissioning.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain commissioning checklists, test sheets, and reports.
- Document configuration settings and generate as-built drawings.

Collaboration:

- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Liaise with vendors for equipment calibration and software updates.

Compliance:

- Ensure all commissioning activities adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain safety protocols on-site.

Training and Handover:

- Provide system training to end-users and facility management teams.




- Oversee the final handover of the commissioned system to clients.

- Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience:
- 3 - 7 years of experience in BMS installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Hands-on experience with leading BMS brands like Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, or Johnson Controls is preferred.

- Certifications: Relevant certifications in BMS, HVAC, or building automation systems are a plus.

Key Skills:

- Strong understanding of BMS architectures, control strategies, and communication protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Expertise in software tools used for system configuration and programming.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
