- You will act as the primary technical backbone for our Field Service Engineering (FSE) team, providing them with critical software, networking, and application support.
- Provide remote IT support to Field Service Engineers for technical issues.
- Assist Field Service Engineers during installation and commissioning of network-enabled medical equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic network issues, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and TCP/IP connectivity.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot software for medical devices and equipment.
- Support analyzer connectivity with LIS/HIS and resolve communication issues.
- Manage IT support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Perform network testing and verify communication between devices.
- Collaborate with Service teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance at client sites.
- Willing to travel for complex networking issues. (PAN INDIA)
