About the Role

CX25WW is building a Research Development team dedicated to creating practical mechanical tools and products that simplify everyday life.

We are looking for curious, execution-focused individuals who constantly identify real-world problems and enjoy building practical solutions. If you are someone who prefers creating, testing, improving, and implementing ideas instead of simply discussing them, this opportunity is for you.

As part of the RD Team, you will work directly with the Founder and Project Director to conceptualize, prototype, test, improve, and commercialize innovative mechanical products that solve everyday challenges.

Freshers with the right attitude, learning mindset, and passion for innovation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Research everyday problems that can be solved through innovative mechanical tools.
- Design, build, and improve product concepts and prototypes.
- Participate in brainstorming, product ideation, testing, and implementation.
- Coordinate with manufacturing partners and vendors during prototype development.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Document product specifications, testing reports, and improvement recommendations.
- Assist in product commercialization and production readiness.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, usability,



and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of all research and intellectual property developed within CX25WW.

Eligibility

- ITI Graduates, Diploma Holders, B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical Engineering Graduates Only)

Travel Work Environment Requirements
