Data Entry Intern

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Intern to support our team with data management, reporting, and warehouse-related documentation. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, and operations data in a real business setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Create and maintain reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, conditional formatting, macros, etc.).
- Write and run basic SQL queries to extract, filter, and validate data.
- Support documentation and tracking related to warehouse operations (inventory records, stock movement, dispatch logs, etc.).
- Identify and flag data discrepancies or errors.
- Assist the team with ad-hoc data requests and periodic reporting.




- Ensure data confidentiality and integrity at all times.

Required Skills

- Advanced Excel: Strong command of formulas, PivotTables, data validation, and dashboards.
- SQL Basics: Ability to write simple SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY queries.
- Warehouse Operations Knowledge: Basic understanding of inventory, stock, and dispatch processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic communication skills (written and verbal).

Positive to Have

- Prior internship or academic project experience in data entry/analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP or WMS (Warehouse Management System) tools.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.

Eligibility

- Students or recent graduates (any stream) comfortable working with numbers and data.
- Available to commit to a full 2-month internship.
