We’re building a long-term drafting team and looking for an experienced CAD Drafter to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Convert architectural plans, client sketches, and specifications into accurate shop drawings and cutting lists

• Work in AutoCAD 3D day-to-day, with full paid training provided on Microvellum, the industry-standard cabinetry drafting software

• Produce material schedules and machine-ready files for CNC production

• Work directly with the design/production team to refine drawings before manufacturing

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on AutoCAD 3D drafting experience (furniture, interiors, architecture, mechanical, or joinery background all considered)

• Strong spatial reasoning — able to visualize and detail a 3D object accurately, not just trace 2D plans

• Proven track record of independent drafting work with minimal supervision

• Rapid learner, comfortable picking up new software with structured training

• Good written English for documentation and internal communication

• Portfolio of prior drafting work required with application — minimum 5 sample projects
